"We needed a place to spend the night that wasn’t too expensive."

"I would like a partial refund. It was too late to go elsewhere,but booking.com was not correct in the booking process!"

The beds were soft & they did give us extra pillows.

There was POOP on the toilet paper holder. There were beard hairs in the shower. The bathroom floor & the room floors were filthy. There wasn’t a spa tub in the room like the booking.com reservation said. I am upset that I paid extra money for a spa tub & not only did I not get a spa tub…I got a dirty double room.

Gas station across the road.

Wasn't a nice place. They collected a $100 security deposit from me that I was suppose to get back at the latest 10 business days, and never got it returned to me.
