"It was ok in a pinch, but probably won't stay again"

Location

Only got clean towels and wash clothes 1 time. Bed was never made up any days I stayed. Towel and wash clothes were dingy and stained

"Definitely did not live up to the rating."

Nothing other than I got a refund.

Everything. The security lock was broken off of the door. The sheets were stained. The decor was about 1994. There was distinctive black in the grout in the shower. The staff "didn't see a problem" even though I handed them the security lock. The housekeeper strolled into the lobby in bare feet and rolled her eyes at us. Probably the worst hotel experience I've had, and I have no idea how they have such a high rating.

"Convenient stop on road trip. Good for a night."

Location worked for our needs. My dog stayed for free. The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly & pleasant. The room had a fridge & microwave. The beds were pretty comfortable. The access to I-40 was easy. They supplied soap, shampoo & conditioner. I was able to take a really hot shower, which I enjoyed.

The price was a bit high for what it was. But I know demand was high due to events in the area. There was some hair in the tub that wasn't mine. The sheets & blankets had what appeared to be light burn marks on them. Maybe from the dryers based on size & pattern.
