Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Sumter

Was horrible from the start. Staff was extremely rude. Got to the room, was not what i booked. Instead of 1 king bed and double, was 2 doubles. Hung 2 shirts on clothes hanger, it fell out of the wall. There was haor in the sink. No toilet paper. No fire detector, instead, exposed wires coming out of the wall. Beds were not fully made. Walked out and left. Never again for Americas Best

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I enjoyed myself but the hotel was HORRIBLE. Refrigerator broke. Wall dirty. Floors needed mopping.

Comfatable and quiet

The property doesn’t look anything like the pictures. I reserved a non-smoking room. It turns out the room wasn’t non-smoking. The staff gave me a non-smoking room, which absolutely reeked of smoke. The staff let me look at other rooms until I found one that didn’t stink too bad. It still had a broken toilet seat, broken fixtures, and there were people hanging outside my door all night, which made me feel unsafe. I complained and they gave me their best room, which had a kitchenette. It felt more safe, but the room was absolutely infested with ants, including in the bed, in the cabinets, and everywhere. The hotel did not have a continental breakfast as advertised. The staff were very kind but the hotel was absolutely terrible. I would have checked out after the first night if I hadn’t pre-paid for my stay. I would NEVER stay here again.

For the price of the room it was good they put me in a room that had been remodeled but the water was cold you couldn't get a nice hot shower

It was wonderful just need better internet

Hotel is horrible. Checked out days early due to a hugh fight in parking lot at 3:30 am. Doesn't seem like I'll get a credit either! Not a safe environment. Also told room service not to service room, they did and ruined a pair of shoes. Looked like they dumped mop bucket in room.

The room was clean but it was an older hotel. The hotel needs to change to include changes in its amenities i.e. no breakfast, no wifi, room service on Mon. and Weds

It was dirty, old, run down, and someone hit our car mirror in a hit and run. It looks like homeless people live there.
