Nothing nasty got a room that was already rented

Nasty and bed bug

Left and requested refund. Sheets, bathroom, all dirty.

Nothing.

It was incredibly dirty. The staff were incompetent.

The window AC unit barely worked the room was super hot.

room dirty, not vacuum, sheets stain, shower not clean. no towels, no Kleenex, smells like smoke all over, overall worst experience.

Got here at 5:30 pm. Room has not been cleaned or sheets changed. Reeks of cigarette smoke. Carpet is stained and dirty nasty. Desk has no chair and for some odd reason there is a coffee table in the middle of the room

Check in was fast, room had no ac went back to desk. He said no more rooms and checked the ac came back and gave us another room. Walked in on someone. Room occupied. Gave us another room. The suite. Old outdated, burn holes in the carpet and 8 srew head sticking out of headboard like something had been removed. Only 1 towel and 2 hand towels, no wash cloths. Semi clean but no bugs so we stayed. The young man behind the desk was quiet and nice. Did what he could.

Horrific! Upon entering noticed tv on and bed pillows piled up where someone was propped up watching tv. Carpet was horrible nasty, no coffee maker, pillows stained with who knows what. Slept in nasty chair fully clothed!!!

Trash under seat cushion. DEADgrasshoppers in pool. Overall very dirty. Stains on sheets. And I took a picture of trash and showed management and he didn't care or offer refund.
