They never herd of me and said that I had no reservations room was dirty there was fleas. They never once cleaned my room or offered clean towels Wyndham has let there standards drop if my room was free I would not stay there again. Coffee pot was dirty. If I walked across the room my feet would be dirty and leave footprints in the tub horrible place

The light over the sink was not working. They brought us a lamp to use. After we shut off the TV it would not come back on. There were roaches in the room. Yes roaches. Though we didn't use the pool, there was green algae growing in it. Dismal breakfast fixings.

Room was filthy with black mold around the toilet. Toilet would not flush without opening the lid of the water closet to work the flap. The first 6 feet of carpet at the entry of the room was sopping wet and had a foul order. could only access the bed from one side because of the wet carpet. Ran the shower and the water backed up from the drain into the tub with hair and other black debris. There were no cups in the room by the sink. Room had a partial roll of toilet paper. I spoke to the desk manager about the deplorable conditions of the room and wanted another room that was clean, if that was possible, He said maybe tomorrow we could get another room. We looked at the indoor pool which had a foamy scum on the surface and algae on the bottom and sides, There were at that time no signage posted that the pool was closed. I called the Benton County Arkansas Health Department and left a complaint with the Health department administrator about the entire property and the overall filthy condition. I also called Days Inn corporation and filed a formal complaint with the Property. I went back to the Desk manager, this time another person sleeping in the lobby and informed him of the complaints I had made, The next morning there were had written signs of pool closure taped to the pool entrances. I will avoid staying at any Days Inn from now on.

when we arrived no one in lobby 3pm said he was at lunch wait and he will be there 10 minutes took 15 got checked in went to room smelled horrible carpet was stained and dirty couch the same nasty the only good thing it was convenient to the motorcycle rally wont go back there again

dirty, ac didn't work, light at sink didn't work, microwave sitting on floor, no fridge

I’m not one to gripe about the motels I choose to stay in but I’m so sad about this place. Floor had dried blood and the filthy smell. Bed was worn out and when I say worn out the springs were popping out. We told the manager about it and he acted like he could give a damn. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

No towels in room, room needed some work, no breakfast. Need to close down

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I've been to 43 states and 35 countries, so was a bit in shock this type of hotel could survive in this beautiful part of Arkansas at the doorstep of Walmart's headquarters. I left my socks on to walk around, slept in my clothes and covered the dirty pillowcases with my clothing. One side lamp worked out of 4 lamps in the room. The sink light was dimmer than a night light. I changed rooms, but had to quickly come back because it smelt like a marijuana factory. The city was pretty much sold out because of the Arkansas/BYU game and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints temple dedication. Would have been better off sleeping in my car and bathing in a pond or river.

I usually don’t do this but our experience was terrible. Looks nothing like the pictures the ceiling was peeling off, the shower had mold spots, the ac didn’t work, the room was not clean, and they had picture hanging up that had broken glass just feel like that not safe with kids, the whole hotel smells like smoke (we stayed in a non smoking room still smelled like smoke), and the bed is not comfortable. The hotel needs some serious updates and the pool looked like it doesn’t get cleaned we didnt even want to swim in it. It is not worth the price we paid.

Screams crack hotel… nastiest place I’ve EVER stayed at, booked two nights, non refundable. Stayed home as long as possible Friday night to only go back and sleep. I had not only myself but my husband, 2 1/2 year old son and a 7month old bg with me.. none of us showered at the hotel let alone let the kids out of their playpens.. floors look like they had never been vacuumed, shower and toilet molded, hair everywhere. Dog piss in the floor not to mention the only time we didn’t take sheets/blankets, pillows we NEEDED THEM!!!!! No mattress protectors on these beds, only fitted dirty sheets.. yellow pillows with no protectors. I’m one to never review spots but PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$$ I come from passed supervising hotel housekeeping experience… and I was absolutely floored, I’ve seen swinger parties and not only high end hotel I supervised but parties and NEVER were the rooms out of hand like these. Don’t bother.
