Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bentonville

The rooms do not sleep 3 as advertised. They do not have free rollaway beds. They didn't even have extra pillows for my daughter who had to sleep on the floor. They did not have breakfast included or even offered. The room was outdated. The sheets had burn holes in them. The pool was dirty. And they didn't give me a refund even when I complained about it not being what was advertised. If only I had read the reviews first. They shouldn't be offered as an option.

It was a very good hotel to stay in. The bed was nice and it was a good room to stay at.

I could hear the traffic off the Interstate 49 and the area around it. I had a hard time going to sleep.

The building and room were, to put it bluntly, a wreck. The staff did clean the room and make the bed, but all the furniture was clearly damaged, the toilet seat was completely broken and dirty; the building was apparently being repaired? The sign at the entrance was illegible due to missing letters and dirt. This property needs serious repair.

Nice staff eager to please but the rooms were very messy and stunk but the location was very nice and it was well suited for the area I was treated very nicely and the staff was very cooperative thank you

Room was dirty. Trash behind night stands. Bedding didn't feel washed

The breakfast was not was listed in review or on Google and not much to choose from the restaurant was not well kept will never stay again

The room had roaches .... And there was a cherry and lime on my sink obviously not cleaned room. So why was the pay so high and it was a smoking room and was not cleaned

DIRTY! Worst Motel Ever!! The room was dirty things were broken, holes in the wall. Towel rack in bathroom was torn out if the wall and sitting on the floor. The phone was broken, not all lamps had bulbs. Etc.

We had to switch rooms because of unsafe electrical wiring in the bathroom

This was by far the worst stay we have ever experienced. To start, there was no tv service. Room was nonsmoking but smelled smoky. There were bugs in the bathroom. The tub/shower did not work so couldn’t shower. Wouldn’t want to anyway. Not even coffee in the morning.
