Only 1 towel 1 wash cloth fir 2 adults and 1 child was meet with attitude when asked for more no ice bucket roaches and roach poop all in room dead roaches in tv screen was told couch or rollaway bed but neither was there very bad experience did not stay second night left and went to a different motel

Was in town for work and booked for four nights. Place is run down and in a rough area so not stay here I took one look at the room and asked for a refund and they told me no I went else where and the took my money 271.63 to be exact so psa don’t let the pricing fool you it is filthy and unsafe

Room was dirty, dusty and not really ready for people to stay in. Pool was absolutely disgusting and freezing. They come banging on the door at 8:45 am for housekeeping. Room had one extremely small trash can and curtians smelled of urine when the heater was turned on.

The door to the room was very hard to close. The noise from the interstate was terrible. Had to change rooms because the TV didn't work in the room we were first assigned to. Didn't receive a receipt when paying for the room upon arrival. There were some sticky spots on the floor in the room. We got about 2 hours sleep that night.

I found a used needle in my room and then tried to move to two different rooms and they were disgusting also.

The location was convenient

Dirty, dirty, dirty!! Smelled of urine. Stains on the couch. I pulled back the sheets and there was dirt or crumbs or maybe dead bugs. I couldn’t handle it and returned the key card and asked for a refund. It is Friday night at 11:59 and I was told to call the manager on Monday. Girl at front desk said that if I wanted a refund I would have had to let them know within 15 minutes after I got the room. I am in town for a funeral and now I have to look for a hotel at midnight… I’ll be disputing this with my bank!

We didn't even stay there it was nasty and burn holes on blankets shower nasty pool disgustin moved to rooms. Told em needed a refund and we lefri wasn't put my kids in that

Roaches, blood on carpet, stains on sheets, would not recommend take my word on this
