Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bentonville

Room was disgusting, stained sheets, broken fire alarm, curtains were see through, hole in door filled with a napkin where peep hole should have been. We stayed long enough to find another hotel in the area.

The floor was not vacuumed. Decades-old stains on the furniture. The sign outside said “Hot Breakfast”. At checkin I was told by the clerk that breakfast started at 6:30. We came to the lobby at 6:30: the doors were locked, no staff at the desk, and no one responded to the doorbell. We could see the breakfast area through the window and no one had prepped breakfast.

In the first room we were given both headboards fell on us when we sat down on the beds, when staff was told they went and tried to fix it it ended up giving us the adjoining room for free and letting us use both rooms for space. In the second room there was food on the floor mold on the Walls by the bathroom sink and that counter and when we took showers brown stuff was running down the Walls. Never in my life have I gone to a Days Inn that has been this filthy dirty

The non-smoking room reeked of smoke and the walls were stained yellow from years of tobacco use. The odor was so unbearable that we ended up leaving and finding another hotel in the middle of the night.

sink kept hot water running. no coffee maker. no trash can. toilet kept running. door did not open easily. gap under door. cabinets were broken. a broken lamp was there.

The non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, even the bedding smelled like cigarettes. There was mold on ceiling in bathroom. The indoor pool wasn't clean at all had leaves and bugs floating in the pool. There was moss all over the floor by the ice machine. Rust leaking down the wall, door frame to bathroom was busted. Very disgusting for sure.

The toilet seat was the wrong size. There was no shower curtain. Generally dirty. The tub drain was slow. Only 1 coffee cup. Minimum coffee supplies. Broken towel rack. Minimal towels. Broken lamp. Hole in the bathroom wall. No bathroom fan.

Renovations maybe, looks like the place is getting a makeover. Free breakfast.

I arrived late night as this was just a tip for some sleep passing through. The entire place made me feel unsafe and the trim smell so heavily of smoke I couldn’t breathe. I went to the front desk to tel them I could stay and wanted a refund because the place was disgusting and they told me there was nothing they could do even though I purchased cancellation insurance. Do not stay here.

Room needed renovation, linens were unclean Carpet needed cleaning. Furniture was dilapidated.... tub was unclean..
