I didn't care for the eggs. they were very grainy

Breakfast

Staff Friday night was great, staff Sat was okay— Room and bathroom were clean, mattress very comfortable.

Didn’t like being on the first floor; bath towels were like sandpaper; breakfast looked and smelled horrible so we didn’t eat, coffee was bad.

Beds are awful

The staff was great. It was very clean.

Having a dog snorting underneath your door all night a grown man wants to have his TV all the way up all night then a man comes into the room yelling at the top of his lungs I had to go down to the front desk to complain because it was so loud.

Location was convenient for where we needed to go the following day

We were given a room on the 2nd floor and had to use a luggage cart however there was no elevator so we ended up carrying all the luggage up the stairs to get to our room..and they had no ice machine due to the only one in the building being broken..the front desk staff were nice but seemed very unconcerned with the situation of the lack of conveniences that every hotel should have.. and my wife had to go down to the front desk to obtain a hir dryer after she got out of the shower because there was not one in our room..

They were always out of coffee
