Front desk worker's were amazing

Check-in was quick and the front desk lady was so friendly. She had tips and recommendations for restaurants, pro tips on navigating the area and parking at an event we were planning to attend near by. The hotel was very clean and it was nice. The room was up to date and clean. The bed wasn’t very comfortable in our opinion. It had a weird dip in it at the top by our head. They provide breakfast and it must have been pretty good or had good options because it was busy and the space was full of guests. We would definitely stay here again.

They put me in a smoking room. I was too tired to switch. Walls are thin and you can hear everything in the hallways. The place was clean and they were doing improvements. With smoking being allowed in parts of this hotel, I would not recommend or go back.

Nothing that can be easily remedied. Seemed like sounds traveled easier at this property than most I have stayed at. With a fairly full property, doors closing and people talking and coming and going made a restful night a little difficult. Now I must say that I could not have asked for a better mattress, every thing in the room and the property was very well kept, clean and tidy. All the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly and eager to help with any requests. When everything quieted down I couldn’t asked for a better stay. I visit this area several times a year and will definitely try to stay at this property.

No light bulbs in table lamp. No ash tray in smoking room. No working ice machines to public

It’s close to the high way and quiet.

Breakfast was substandard. Staff not really welcoming.

Good location. Friendly staff.

Breakfast or rather lack of breakfast. Got there at 8 am and nothing was left to eat. No hot water for tea. No bread for toast. Plus All the ice machines at the hotel did not work.
