Days Inn by Wyndham Lisbon

I called and left 3 messages for the on site general manager to call. Out of curiosity. I Booked a 1 night stay for Father’s Day and had to leave at 2 am to sleep in the car at a rest stop because there were bed bugs in the room. The people I did speak with were nice and apologetic but to leave 3 messages and not receive a call back is inexcusable and just tells me what kind of business they are running.

not pleasant - no chair in room, no clothes rack to hang coats, no elevator only steps, no hair dryer in room, bath towels rough as sandpaper, no iron. basically just renting a bed at this hotel and not a place to enjoy travelingl

Place was clean and being updated, staff was friendly and helpful.

They have hard water, you know where you have that like almost slimy feeling when your trying to rinse the soap off. So it took forever to rinse off. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. And instead of bacon or sausage with the breakfast the had diced ham about the size of bacon bits to go with your scrambled eggs.

We arrived a little bit early, and we were told that there would be an extra $40 charge to let us check in early. Then we were told that there was no elevator. We ended up canceling our reservation and drove on home.

Clean and comfortable stay.

No ice machine working dirty room after paying to check in early toilet malfunctioning. Nice bed no shower curtain. Staff needs to communicate better, gave me an extra blanket. Great food plenty of fresh coffee

Friendly staff, good breakfast options, beautiful lobby. Only complaint is there is no longer a bar. You may need to update your website.

Listed a bar, and there’s no bar. None of the ice machines worked and the breakfast was not good.

The staff was really great at the hotel. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable
