Excellent service and commitment, humbled staff and anticipating the needs of the guest. Compassionate, Understanding, Heartfelt service and human customer service, Chandre, Mustafa and Dumelani, The lady working at security at 17:40 on Sunday afternoon when I checked in, Wow, Wow, Wow. What a blessing to have such individuals representing your business and brand. I don't have the words. Exceptional, Breathtaking, Gobsmacked with awesome that there is still such kind hearted and empathetic humans that understand life and can deal with situations that life deals to people and they face 1 out of a 100 people, I will forever remember that they contributed to my 1st day on the new Job success and made me feel at home and stress free and I was able to sleep and amazing on my first day. Please commend these individuals, The porter that helped me with my luggage and the security at BBC the door. Wow. I will tell everyone about my experience even back in my cabin crew days in 2007, 2008 and 2009 with 1Time airlines When we use to stay with you, It has never disappointed. I am even tearing up writing this Thank you from my heart deep down. Thank you.

Property is fine, but the reception gentleman is not personal friendly, he’s white with beard. Never wanna have an encounter with him again.

"Perfect short stay in cope town"

Location. Views of table mountain from the room. Bar is nice. It’s just practical and comfortable.

Keys keep not working. Daily we had to go all the way down to reception to have them “fixed”
