"The only some what high note was the continental breakfast. Way too high price for what was offered"

"Nice, reasonably priced motel in north Portland"

Comfortable beds and decent-sized room. Glad they’re using large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion rather than little travel size bottles. Great breakfast with many choices of hot and cold items. Would appreciate it if they’d add real oatmeal (rather than packaged) to the menu. Cookies in lobby late afternoon/early evening. Just off I-5 so convenient to reach. Close to cute neighborhood of Kenton (with several restaurants and shops) and north Portland. Soccer complex (for youth practices & games) is behind motel so you can check out games on weekends if interested. Good security.

It’s not the motel’s fault, but a lot of homeless folks hang out nearby. They don’t hassle you at all, but that’s why outside door can only be opened with room key.
