Severely unsafe location. Had homeless people building fires IN the parking lot. The front doors to the hotel wouldn’t open so we had to go around every time we entered the hotel. There were little black bugs on the bed.

The location is close to freeways and food. Although the building is older and technology had to be retrofitted, all conveniences were supplied.

The neighborhood has a lot of people unhoused and needing services, but the building itself is secure and feels safe.
