The front desk staff, specially Mike was very helpful and professional. Not only when dealing with us but also when we watched him addressing concerns from other guests. We didn't like the fact that our rooms were on the 3rd floor and was no elevator. Also there was absolutely nothing of any interest around the hotel within walking distance.

It was nice enough. Staff was great. Good information about the town and things to do. They can’t really help that there is big construction next door.

El desayuno es nada más que cereales y leche, o sea inexistente, y una máquina de café de melita . Nada más, menos mal que tienen una panadería pastelería a 50metros . Puedes ir a comprar y volver a la sala comedor a desayunar

​My recent stay at this hotel was an utter disaster from start to finish. The experience was so poor that I feel compelled to share a warning to others. ​Let's start with the room itself. It was filthy and disgusting. The overall state of the property was clearly a reflection of the bad neighborhood it's in. ​The staff were equally unhelpful. Any attempt to get assistance was met with indifference and rudeness. It seemed like the last thing they wanted to do was their job. ​As for the supposed breakfast, it was a joke. The options were non-existent, and what was available was terrible. It's not a meal I'd wish on anyone. ​To top it all off, the hotel is located right on a noisy highway, so getting any rest was impossible. The incessant traffic noise was a constant reminder of how horrible the whole experience was. ​The most frustrating part, however, was the hotel's refusal to provide an invoice for my stay. I had already paid through Booking.com, which clearly states that the hotel is responsible for supplying the invoice. Despite this, the front desk staff insisted that they don't issue invoices for third-party bookings. It's a ridiculous policy that only adds to the complete lack of professionalism. ​I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save your money and your sanity and book a room anywhere else.
