The room was really quite lovely. Better than what we were expecting.

We wish the “breakfast included” had a few more options.

I am a wheelchair user and having booked online I wanted to confirm that the room would accommodate my wheelchair. I spoke with Jimmy at the front desk three full weeks prior to travel who, after speaking with his manager Hailey, confirmed that the room that I booked was not accessible as it was on the second floor with no elevator (online booking platform did not allow me to determine if it was an accessible room). They graciously agreed to book the only accessible room they had for my husband and I, for no extra cost, who were travelling to the island to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Fast forward to the night before our flight and I phone to confirm our room. The front desk person (who claimed to be the manager) said the room was booked for someone else and there was no where else we could say, they were disabled as well and she wasnt kicking them out even though we booked first). She was so sorry (sure) that a disabled senior citizen and her husband had nowhere to stay and were only finding out the night before their arrival. Of course she says Jimmy didn't book us the room (which he most certainly did because I was on the phone with him as he was doing it), and furthermore he doesn't work there anymore (yay Jimmy, congrats, you were awesome and have likely dodged a huge bullet not working there anymore). Horrible, horrible experience treating disabled seniors like crap without even contacting us just so they could rebook the room for an extra $60 leaving us with no where to sleep.

It was okay, clean, staff was friendly. For us it was a night sleep and wasn’t our first choice.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to switch our stay from another place to this place. She turned our bad experience into a relief and a good night stay. He had no issues.

Close this hotel! It is not fit to stay in.

Dirty, mold, no breakfast I’d ever eat, no housekeeping till day 3, not enough coffee.

My stay was okay overall. The hotel wasn’t too good or too bad, but it was clean, and the reception staff were active and helpful.

Too far and the place is outdated no elevator.

Comfortable stay. The room was clean. Enjoyed the spa bath.

The hotel is getting dated. Definitely needs clean-up around the outside. Shame the pub closed down.
