Close to our destination. Room was excellent.

Large amount of construction equipment, crews on site

The room was fine and clean.

Online the facilities were very misleading. It said due to renovations the pool could not be used. In actuality, there was nothing available. No proper breakfast (just a brown bag handed out through a hole in the wall containing a muffin, yogurt and orange juice). There was no ice machine to be found on either floor. No elevator.

The bathrroom door doesnt close properly. The phone system to call the front desk didnt wirk properly. There was no hair dryer in the room and i inquired at 815 am. I was told that the mgr had not arrived yet and he would call me upon his arrival. No call we had to gobto the desk to ask again. I had to call using my cell phone as the room phones dont connect tonthe front desk. Upon checkout the desk managers response was Oh Well. Sorry. Wow!??!!!!!

Renovations.

The room was clean and well maintained and stocked up.

Loose rocks in parking lot.

The room was freshly renovated, so it was nice and clean. Our bathroom was also pretty clean, except for the shower curtain. That should be washed between stays.

The shower curtain was dirty is the only complaint about our room. The pool was out due to renovations, there's no place to sit outside. Due to renovations, halls and main entrance dirty, dusty and full of boxes. I booked last minute and we received a notification before we arrived that the facilities were under renovation, which was nice. If the room wouldn't have been clean and newly renovated, we probably would not have stayed. Also, there was no breakfast just instant coffee. A discount would have been nice due to these conditions.

Clean rooms

No working elevator, under construction, no working pool, no breakfast.. ceiling was leaking in the hall

The property was under renovation but the manager was accommodating.

What is want is a refund .

It is under construction no amenities not even a sign on the building.
