Quality Inn

Was one of the best hotels we have stayed in only downfall was the pool was under construction but that was fine

hotel was under construction and pool and restaurant were not operational. No coffee maker in the room and bagged breakfast with instant coffee was not very good.

The staff were friendly . The room was clean

No Indoor pool and sauna as advertised - under construction No hot breakfast as advertised Keys to room constantly malfunctioned There was a mouse in the lobby I was charged significantly more than other families that were staying at the Quality Inn for the same hockey tournament - the other families were charged $114 per night for two nights , I was charged $181.65 for the first night and $192.70 for the second night

It was close to everything I needed

The hotel is undergoing a revamp which wasn’t clear any where before hand , we had a room that had been re done but had not been finished properly , no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms now which is a real back ward step would rather a little extra to have it , other wise breakfast needs to improve , electrics in the room only some of the socket’s worked , it dosent feel like the new owners have the customer at the forefront it seems more about money

Due to lots of Renevation in property when passing through lobby to stairs not hygienic clean. Paint smell in room causing discomfort to sleep. Inhale paint smell and paid for that was not pleasant & comfortable at all. ☹️👎

Price was affordable.
