Pool is in horrible condition no hot water to shower before entering pool. Hot tub needs TLC stains on the sides - Floor is nasty

"Was a nightmare not a holiday."

The housekeeper was very polite and made sure we had everything we needed.

Staff was very rude we were not told about renovating, was so loud our walls were vibrating and the screws in the vent in the bathroom loosened and fell in the toilet, pool was cold and dirty, hot tub was hardly warm and dirty. Breakfast area was cold. Carpets throughout were soaked. Heater caught fire in our room and they didn't seem to care much just worried the heater was ok . Not one of the staff should be working in customer service very un polite, un professional people.

Pool was nice

Bed was extremely uncomfortable broken springs could be felt Water pressure for shower was non existent!!!! Lighting was dark light bulbs were so low wattage it was useless!
