Towels in the bathroom was ample and clean, beddings were clean. Bathroom was clean.

Staff was very discourteous, not helpful , no breakfast was provided on the second day of our stay and no explanation was given. The dining area was in dark ess during the breakfast period, while staff sat outside engaged in loud conversations and laughter while guests scramble around the dark dining room trying to find something to eat. I have never experienced such alarming discourtesy in all my hotel stays and I have stayed at a pretty large array of lodging accommodation around the world. This stay is by far the worse experience i have ever had in hotel accommodations. The difference that exists between services offered and the cost of service was as far as the east is from the west. We have never felt so disregarded as we did at this facility.

Cleanliness in the room. Everything was dusty as if it hadn't been dusted in a few weeks. No buttons on the phone to tell you how to get to front desk person. Water marks on ceiling along the bedroom wall where there had been a leak from upstairs. Needed to get clean sheets from the front desk because when we pulled down the bedspread to get into bed the white sheets were covered in little black linear lint with black specks.
