Everything was fine, except the furnace/ac/fan

A/C / Fan could not be controlled, leading to room being hot and no ability to run fan

It was as it should be. Quiet and comfortable.

I enjoyed the facilities. The pool and sauna are clean and functional. The continental breakfast has all the staples.

I was in a group of four people, with two people sleeping on the bed and two on the pull-out couch. The couch mattress was extremely uncomfortable, I could feel the springs.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than expected.

Needs better chairs in the room. Nicely redone room with dirty old banquet chairs and no table. The pool was cold and rundown. I would assume the price was so high because of all the events in town, but it was excessive.

The Inn had a very welcoming atmosphere and was quiet for the most part, the staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional, all common areas seemed very clean and well maintained.

My room was a bit “dated” and could probably use a face lift….most notably was the wallpaper surfaces, especially in the bathroom where the paper was cut incorrectly around the mirror. The toilet roll holder was also dated, looked dirty or corroded and needs replacing. I was disappointed that the continental breakfast did not offer bacon as a protein source….not everyone likes or eats sausage….and there were no breakfast pastries offered, only bagels and breads.

The Staff are great, and pool is not highly chlorinated that burns the eye when dipping

The room has a certain damp smell and there are loud banging on top of our room.
