Easy booking

I only used one night of the stay out of 5 night booking but had to check out Tuesday the next day because my job got set back. No one has refunded our canceled days from two bookings.

"A solid choice at a great price."

The staff was great. Friendly and responsive. The breakfast was sufficient and the coffee fresh.

The hotel had some deferred maintenance. The room could have been cleaner.

Housekeeping was great. Managers and owners were nice

Bad location miles away from our SJC AIRPORT. Renovations were going on. Lots of flower garden maintenance. Pool was closed due to EPA. Got a king suite. Little rooms though. Power went out

"Overall fairly disappointing especially for the price of 130$ a night."

Ample parking

Front desk staff very slow to respond. Breakfast offerings disappointing. Room needed lots of maintenance damaged baseboards. Shower door wouldn’t close all the way. Paid extra for “balcony” which was just the walkway on the second floor.
