"Worst overnight staff in history"

Front desk woman was a nightmare. Rude, didn’t let me finish my sentence, and snappy. In no way helpful and it seemed like she was mad at me for her having to do her job. Pitiful. Update: front desk woman called the police on me (a single mother traveling with just her two young kids) because I was sitting in my car out front while I tried to get another accommodation since she refused to help me when my confirmed booking wasn’t showing in their system. Truly, TRULY heinous woman. Short, mid to late fifties, graying hair, plump.
