Quality Inn & Suites near Robins Air Force Base

The room had a strong smell like pest spray.

The room was clean check in was great customer service was great and the shops near by was so awesome loved that .Will definitely be back oh yes so pet friendly for my dog

Its convenient to my parents house, reasonably priced, clean, nice pool restaurants in walking, distance, plenty of shopping close, and most importantly to me, they allow pets.

Maid cart really loud at 8 am going back and forth on the sidewalk. The need new wheels.

There were no enjoyable parts of my visit

I had to sign agreeing that if I smoked in the room I would have to pay a cleaning charge. I don’t smoke. Threatening ANYone with a cleaning charge for smoking when the whole room stinks of cigarette smoke is hypocritical, at best. A contractual violation when a non-smoking room is selected and paid for. Another promise was TV in the room. A basic amenity that a guest pays for. I called to address the tv that didn’t work and the smoke smell throughout the room. I was told the desk employee would call me back. That call never came. In the am I headed for the desk to talk to a manager. There was no one at the desk. But there was a hefty woman in the lobby making out with some slender man. Turns out…that was the manger of the day. She laughed at the concerns that I voiced. Simply the worst hotel experience I’ve ever experienced.

Lots of sounds and people knocking on door

Check in was extremely fast. The air is not on in the rooms and it room hours for it to finally cool down (July it’s hot out!) bed was broken. No body wash and shampoo was empty. In one room shower wasn’t working. AC unit is unbelievably loud sounds like a car in the room. Breakfast is decent (eggs, biscuit, waffles, yogurt, muffins, juice coffee.

Room smelled bad, but the receptionist got us a different room.

Comfortable beds & the convenience of lotion & hygiene products available.

- We booked 2 rooms & there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each room with very little toilet paper on each roll. (We had to go to the desk to get more toilet paper). - The rooms didn't have any extra sheets/bedding. - The breakfast only consisted of biscuits/gravy, bagels [w/o anything to put on it except butter] & bananas - I was told that when we checked in at 9 pm, that my credit card was charged at 3 pm the day of check-in & it was supposed to be "pay at arrival", [I was planning on using a different form of payment at check-in]
