Room clean, Great place to stay , Good location near food, Highways are very close and easy to find , check in was fast and painless ,parking lot were nicely lite up so safety was not a concern ,The only down side is the Mattress could use a upgrade other than that the room was great
Enter the room it was a smell not a good smell.The room was not clean I had to wipe the counter down where the sink is the coffee pot was very dusty and dirty the tv and the micowave was not clean.Had to go to the office to go more towels the towels were not clean they had stains on them some not all and when taken to the office the staff going to say it was clean it just had stain on them unacceptable.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.I wish I had taken pictures after I wiped the place down so people could she that the cleaning staff is not doing a good job
Breakfast options very limited.
The bed sheets were dirty and no apology was given. The mattress smelled. We were woken up a 3am by phone to tell us the phone service was being updated. Still waiting for our refund.
All of bedding was stained had to be replaced ..We had to unmake and make the bed with the new bedding ourselves cause housekeeping wouldn't .... Bathroom still had a lot of hair in the floor from not being cleaned ...Won't stay there again

Pilled Bed sheets. No cups for water or coffee. Empty Facial tissue holder. No room for hanging clothing. Unkept bathroom in reception area. Will not return. Thanks
