Towels were not fresh and room needed to be upgrades with new lampshades.
Towels and cover was dirty
Appeared fine but hot ..bed made nicely..when we arrived no a/c on.... Toilet appeared to not have been cleaned...towels stained so not sure if clean...floor had crumbs pressed in the carpet..one plastic cup for water and it was in opened plastic like it had been used and rewrapped...no way to.make coffee...one coffee package was open and in the stack of unopened.

Our room smelled heavily of smoke - we requested a non smoking room. The refrigerator freezer was filled with something that had spilled for a previous tenant.
It was convenient and the staff were helpful.
This property had no elevator. I was able to get a room on the first floor though. It is in dire need of updating/repair. I feel it was clean though and the beds were comfortable.
When my family and I arrived on Friday evening, the manager on duty informed me that they had no reservation under my name. Even when I showed him my confirmation, he repeatedly told me that he only had (2) rooms remaining with (2) reservations for them. He only answer was that on-line companies overbook, and it wasn't their fault. VERY UNHELPFUL and UNPLEASANT.

Nice staff! Nice bed but very high! Nice price! I think our room was for handicap but handicap couldn’t get in that bed. Rm 103 BUT no smoke alarm. Ice machine broken. Hair dryer was broken. Lady there at 3:00pm did get me some ice from Quality Inn next door. So nice! And At 9:00 I got more ice at the front desk. Would be nice to have a night light in bathroom.
