Bed bugs

The room was dirty. Old used soap was left in the tub. The sink drain stopper was broken and stayed closed. The sink was dirty. The fridge had cheese of some kind melted on the shelves. There was hair… from private parts behind the bathroom door. The bathroom door wouldn’t latch and stayed open. The hair dryer holder was broken…. We were moved to a “ better” room which reeked of cigarette smoke. We finally told them we were leaving. There is nothing executive or deluxe about this hotel or the rooms. Also had long term residents who smoked outside the rooms. We drove to another hotel but I’m sure will still pay for this awful experience.

The location worked for what we needed.

The hotel is in poor condition and needs maintainence.

Lady working was pleasant and helpful

They did acknowledge that the room was a smoking room , looked dirty, rooms were extremely hot when there.

Near to fast food, grocery store, etc.

The property needs deep cleaning and updating. A vacant room beside ours, the day before we left, was being pressure washed (I think) and all the bedding had been pulled off and left on the sidewalk. That night we were bitten by what I can only assume were bedbugs.
