Pool closed, had I known I would NOT have reserved the hotel, that was the one thing we wanted. Beds are HARD and uncomfortable! Total appearance of the property was DIRTY! Breakfast…what a JOKE! Tub needed a wrench to turn off the water, toilet would run until you giggled the handle. Floor in room was wet next to bed! Spanish only maid not able to inform of need for towels, or leaks!

Property was dirty. Stayed 5 nights. no coffee maker Asked repeatedly.. No house cleaning services no toilet paper. Water dripped in the bathtub all night.. Terrible Experience

It is what it is, low-priced and few if any frills. Clientele a bit sketchy as well. Though the staff was nice and at the front desk was very good. The room was not much but didn't expect Taj Mahal! Location also pretty good convenient to I-5, shopping center with food options across the street. Have been at much worse...

Staff argued amongst themselves in front of us on multiple occasions. No restrooms in lobby. Vending machine wasn’t working properly. Not enough room keys for you to have 2 per room. Grab and go breakfast was a joke and lobby didn’t open u til after 7am! Room pics online DO NOT MATCH property.

I would like a refund the picture is a lie. We get to the room the pool is green and the rooms look nothing like the pitctues. No stand under the tv the light lamp was holding on for dear life the tearoom was very old
