Motel 6-Little Rock, AR - Airport

Manager acknowledged pot smoking. Reservation not available. Property run down. Broken access to many rooms.

Worst most sketchy place I have stayed in years. Only choice with bad weather. I do not feel this is a safe hotel. Got to my assigned room.. door was propped open.

The front desk clerk issued a key to a cleaning person to our room at 9pm. We got walked in on during an intimate moment and my fiance was traumatized. They then offered us 20% off our next visit. I told them that we would never stay there again. We promptly left and went to a much better hotel for the remainder of the stay.

Woke up in the middle of the night with a roach crawling across my face. Killed two others that morning. Smell was awful, couldn’t get any towels until the morning. I know enough to not have high expectations with this motel chain, but it has gotten a lot worse than it used to be.

Literally there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. Shower curtain was missing. Place felt unsafe. Staff were unhelpful and rude.

There was smashed cockroches on the walls, mold everywhere, the faucet in the shower had a steady stream making a lot of noise, there were burn holes in the bedding, the floor and furniture. I was told it was a none smoking room but it smelled horrible and the smoke detector was falling off the ceiling and covered with plastic. And they had no other rooms as there was no house keeping that day. The parking lot had trash everywhere and there was vehicle battery on the 2nd floor walkway. Ive stayed there before a few years back and it was never like this.

Very low end and place needs lots of repairs. Main room light could not be shut off so maintenance had to remove the lightbulbs. It had clean sheets, but no pillowcases. The electronic card lock did not work so I had to get management to let me in with the key every time I came in and went out. Bad stains on the carpet. Lots of loud guests.

It was near the airport. A Shell gas station and Waffle House were within walking distance. Food, beverages, and essentials nearby. The bed mattress was comfortable, and it was nice to soak in a bathtub.

Minor issues. The electrical outlets were too 'loose'. Meaning the plugs of electric devices would fall out. I tried out different plugs of devices, so it was definitely the outlets. The front desk representative gave out a card or a car service to the airport, claiming that it was less expensive than using rideshare apps. As a rideshare user, it wasn't. It was probably twice as expensive, especially since I traveled around a mile to the airport. The location isn't ideal, although the gas station and Waffle House were convenient. I stayed in on New Years Eve, cuz I didn't want to spend a fortune on taxis there and back.

It was very dirty. Trash everywhere smelled like urine everywhere did not feel safe the doors of the rooms looked like they had been broken open and would not lock real good. Lights didn’t work carpet was really dirty felt like floor was going to fall through in room 250. Some furniture was missing
