With even being under renovation they still had clean and comfortable rooms, and 24/7 security! The front desk staff were nice with even offering to help me with my bags. Will definitely make sure to book a room here next time I visit Little Rock! 10/10

Front desk was kind and transparent about the no water issue. Homeless and addicts hanging around property. This hotel needs MAJOR renovation. The rooms were so nasty, I left immediately after walking in the room. Floors were dirty, bedding had cigarette holes in them. I took the $50 loss and across the street to holiday inn.

Property is under renovation and new management. The father/son duo are amazing and really bringing the motel back to life. Very helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms. Will be back and highly recommend for construction and workers traveling. They have 24 hour security. Felt very safe. Great job to the new management and staff!

The lady at the front desk was nice. That is where it stops.

We booked it on booking.com. we showed up and the lady walked us to our rooms. Right away, we were passing rooms that had open windows, and you could see huge holes in the walls where mold and other things were being treated and repaired. Then, as we passed rooms, barking dogs started in. She got us to the first room for a walk through, and it smelled as if they had just been smoking in it. It also had a mildewrd smell. The room seemed clean, though. For the purposes it was needed, we would survive. The second room was better but still smelled old and very used. I was putting up 5 dancers for a pageant I was in, and I only had a certain budget. After all of this, my husband and I went to the host hotel for pageant check in. Within a couple hours, I get tons of messages and phone calls from my dancers that the conditions were too bad to stay, so they had checked out and got another room. Evidently, when the air was turned on, roaches flew out of the air-conditioned, and the room was nowhere near as clean as it seemed during the walk through. One of the got sick over what they experienced. After all of this, we were told by the front desk to contact Motel 6 headquarters to get refunded. I could imagine them keeping one day of the $ but they refused a refund, claiming that we had stayed the entire 5 nights and there would be no refund. This was not the case, but our bank even declined the refund because, according to Motel 6 we stayed the entire 5 nights. We did not. My dancers booked a room in a Holiday in that same night and were out within 3 hours. So Motel 6 screwed me for $618. I will never consider them again. Bad business.

The staff was helpful and it was close to work

unfortunately, it was so disgustingly dirty. I only stayed for about 14 minutes total. I grabbed the remote and a roach was crawling all over it. I couldn’t get out of there quick enough. I actually ended up leaving my phone charger.

My room could not be entered without Security using a key. There were bugs throughout the room. A motel employee entered the room with his key without knocking, and seemed surprised I was staying there, then ran off without explaining why he barged in. Area is unsafe, that’s why it’s cheap.

For the location the motel is great. It’s a decent price and very friendly staff. The motel is a little dated but rooms were comfy. It appeared as though they were about to do some remodeling. It was a rather quiet place and a nice nights sleep for what I paid.
