There was no tv and no pillows. We winded up having to cancel our rooms it was so bad.

It was fukthy, no pillows, no tv and it smelled horrible.

Refused to stay. Dirty filthy sheets had not been washed and there were bed bugs. I ask for a refund was told by night clerk he could not refund. Ask for phone number for manager he said he didn’t have. Ask for Corporate phone number. He also stated he did not have

The air conditioner didn't work the room smelled like dog pee there was absolutely no water coming out of the faucets and when it did start coming out it was brown they literally should have gave me the room for free it was disgusting I could have stayed in my car and it had been a cleaner environment
