"Outstanding Stay"

Tanyia and Robyn were our servers each morning in the restaurant. We were well taken care of by both women and they were right on top of their game. We experienced exceptional service and extend our gratitude to them and to the hotel. Accommodations were wonderful at this hotel.

"Comfortable hotel but needs refurbishing."

Nice centrally located hotel in Edinburgh but needs a refurbishing. Room was large and comfortable. Tub is very high off the floor and requires attention when getting in and out of the tub. Only a single grab bar available but not where you need it for support. Comprehensive breakfast with accommodating waitstaff. Room lacks sufficient outlets for electronics. Centrally located to attractions especially the Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile, Princes Street and the Grassmarket. Restaurant doubles as breakfast area in addition to a bar. Delicious cocktails. Exercise/fitness center. [Peleton machines] Oru helpful at the front desk. Bring an umbrella and a raincoat, not an option.

The DoubleTree by Hilton is such a wonderful establishment. The restaurants have excellent food, and all of the staff go above and beyond to help you have a great experience. Tetiana is particularly great! She helped provide wonderful service at breakfast and remembered us each day we came. We knew it would be an amazing day every time we saw her! We could not recommend this hotel and restaurant more!
