We recently visited Ireland and Scotland. The one thing I noticed was that the service we received during breakfast and dinner was mediocre at best. That changed with our stay at ” Doubletree Edinburgh City Center” Here we received excellent service each morning during breakfast from Raul. He checked with us several times each morning to see if we needed anything, and consistently cleaned our table as needed!

We are having a nice stay. The hotel is in a great location to walk about and take in the City of Edinburgh. The view from our room of the Castle is incredible! The breakfast was great and the staff are lovely especially Tania!

Fantastic hotel with an amazing location. Could see the castle from the room, surprised us with a bottle of birthday champagne, and one of the best breakfasts of the trip. Staff is awesome and Raul was a great server for breakfast!
