⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay in Edinburgh We had a lovely stay at the hotel and really enjoyed our trip to Edinburgh. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A special thank you to Raúl from the breakfast team. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always started our mornings with a smile. His excellent service and positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Edinburgh. Highly recommended! 😊

"Bummer"

So dingy. Our key had to be constantly re-keyed. The breakfast was mediocre at best. No help with luggage. The skybar plays loud thumping music until midnight so you won’t sleep. Would not recommend this hotel. The only reason I’m giving it a 2 is the staff were helpful and friendly.

"City trip met vrienden"

Het ontbijt was voor niet-Britten best uitgebreid, bij drukke momenten konden ze wel moeilijk volgen maar niemand kan nu eenmaal toveren. De troef van het hotel is de blonde dame met paardenstaart bij het ontbijt: super vriendelijk en vrolijk, precies de moeder van het hotel. Die verdient een dikke opslag!

De house keeping was niet in orde. De badkamer werd niet echt goed gepoetst. Geen idee waardoor maar onze kamer had een soort petroleum of carboline geur.

"Good city break"

Lovely location and clean. Breakfast was good choices and cooked lovely.

Maid service not dependable. Toilet and shower was broken upon arrival, had to call maintenance.

"Week away in Edinburgh centre"

Great location, breakfast was really nice. Spacious rooms.

Maid service was not good. Sometimes did not turn up and another time turned up to make the bed and provide towels at 7pm. No refills of coffee and water in the room.
