Wonderful experience of both service and esthetics. Clean , newly remodeled. Great breakfast and kind staff.

Did not have a good experience by any means. Do not go there. 1. the AC at the hotel was not working in our room...we had to switch rooms 2. The lack of knowledge of the staff pertaining to the Gardens was mind boggling. For a hotel that is literally right next to the gardens and is catering to that, the staff should know exactly the necessary info about them.

The hotel staff was incredibly attentive. They made our stay great.

The hotel itself is nice and loved the pool. However, the breakfast that is served at the hotel is not anything special. Also, the service at the front desk is horrible. If I asked for something, they did the opposite. When we asked tourist information, they gave us wrong information. They were consistently bad at the front desk. Very embarrassing! Otherwise, everything else was great.

We were able to walk to restaurants, Bahai Gardens. Great view of Haifa from room and lounge.

The hotel is clean (including the bathroom), the entire staff is very courteous and quite helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. We will stay at the Dan Carmel when we return to Haifa.
