Staff was miserable. Room was dated, cracks and duct tape everywhere. Woke up stiff as a board due to sleeping on what can be compared to a sheet of plywood. Pillows were about as thick as a cellphone. We stay at many hotels throughout the year at this is one of if not the worst I’ve ever stayed at..

Not a safe place for students. Owner is greedy.

My friend and I were having vehicle trouble and needed a room, my wife booked it for us but the owner resumed to even talk to us because it was late. Terrible customer service!

Great motel at this price.

Excellent location and nice view of the city. The thermostat in the room did not work. The front door would not unlock with the card so had to use a key instead. The room is not bad just needs some inexpensive up dating.

The guy cancelled our reservation after we got stuck in a storm in the mountains. Keep in mind I called in advanced to let him know we would be late. We lost reception and couldn’t call to say we would be later. When we showed up he refused to check us in. Super rude, wouldn’t even open the door to chat about what had happened. Said he canceled our reservation, which as per the previous reviews seems to be a ploy he uses to make more money off your stay. Once he saw me get into a nice vehicle, Tried to re-offer the room at a different price. The place was a dump anyway so we booked elsewhere. Terrible service.

Hotel called me at 11:30pm to tell me my room was being cancelled for the next night Caller was abrupt and indifferent to my protests

Too noise at night, was weaken up by someone hammering something, someone shut after mid night

Room was not clean,found rat droppings in morning. No breakfast offered and it said there was breakfast included. Party going on next door called desk 3 times and nothing done until I banged on door myself and told them to quiet down. Overcharged site said $97.60 including taxes and fees and was charged $117.12.NOT IMPRESSED!!
