Is not the best hotel dont expect 5* For whtvyou paid. Clean enough for sleeping

we had pre booked our stay and we called ahead to notify we were going to be late, after 11pm. Their ad says check in 2pm-anytime. Manager on phone insisted we check in next day. Said no one would be there and hung up on us.

The maintenance is minimum, breakfast isn't good, room don't have coffee machines. From desks guy excellent.

Very nice place to stay. Staff is friendly!

It was run down, dirty, it smelled bad, security cameras were obviously not working (wires cut) found drug paraphernalia beside my truck in the morning when i went to leave. When i went to check in there was someone in my room. Management just made them leave without cleaning it or giving me a different room. This was hands down the most uncomfortably and dangerous feeling place i have ever stayed.

price is reasonable, ok to stay one night

It did not held the owner accusing me of being a racist, which I am not, consciously or unconsciously!

We expected older facility with no frills but clean and maintained. What we saw: First visual was meth-head in parking lot. Then in the room was a bad smell. The door, phone, and other contact areas where disgusting. Then noticed electrical wires with Duck tape, and shower soap holder held together with tape also. A hanging metal vent grate above bathroom sink ready to hit your head. The cracked vanity sink had burns all over it. Some signs of burns on the wall too what was likely from a drug user at one time. Then began noticing the quantity of dander dust and other unclean things. The bedsheets and pillowcases looked clean but we examined the pillow inside and found the worst stains one could imagine. The foam was thin, old, and decaying. The box spring had no cover and we noticed stains all down the sides from what was likely fecal and blood at one time. We saw enough and did not stay. The manager was kind however and quickly refunded payment. We found out later that this property is on the Kamloops nuisance list. Not recommended for your stay. Go back up the hill and spend more!

This hotel should be condemned. Run down and needs to be inspected . Dirty linens , burn holes , damaged doors and noise disturbances all night but management doesn’t care . You will regret booking in this place .
