Travelodge by Wyndham Escanaba

This property is good place if you are going to events at the UP State Fair Grounds (it is just across the street). It is not a fancy hotel, more bare bones than fluff. The breakfast area is very small and hard to navigate.

Needs some repair, like lobby bathroom and hallways.

Trash thrown everywhere outside Room too small too much furniture in there. Questionable characters hanging around. Didn't seem safe. Trash outside was revolting.clean up happened only after complaints.gross.

Check in was fast staff was nice. While checking in you could hear kids running up and down the hallway on the 2nd floor, they did stop running when we came around the corner off the stair well. Never found an elevator. Was a nicer room but I feel like maybe a $100 room not close to $200. If the bed was not hard as a rock I might go back if in that area again.

It was okay -close to main road - kind of noisy. Very minimal breakfast
