Awesome beach view! Other than that very jersey shore motel vibe. Fine for a night stay but wouldn’t spend an entire vacation here. Great staff but other than that u get what u pay for !

The floor is too dirty and there are small animals walks on you

The first night we encounter a roach crawling on the curtains. Reported to front desk and the woman barely knew what she could do to resolve this matter. Asked if there was some insect spray around and she found a can after about 5 minutes of searching. She, nor the the hotel bothered to follow up on this matter. Housekeeping was nonexistent unless you asked. And then they only replaced towels and emptied trash until you asked them multiple time. They use a leaf blower to sweep out rooms of sand and any other dirt on floor. This management was very non responsive and the night shift woman didn't know anything. No ice machine on facility and was told ice could be purchase at local 7-11 2.5 blocks away as I was told was across street. Piss poor service altogether !!!!

This is the most disgusting hotel we have ever been. It was a last minute booking and regret the second we stepped in that room. The bathroom was nasty, literally we didn’t want step in that tub. We found a bedbug, I can’t even imagine how someone would book a room after the first experience. No in a million years we would stay there. We didn’t feel safe.

This property needs to be coded the health department needs to come into this place and look at it it is so terrible water mold toilet seat broken beds broken s*** still in the toilet TV does not work doors are stuck unsafe cannot get out smoke no smoke detectors place is in bad shape everything is old in this place turn the water on the water smells like s*** very outdated

Second time around was not good. I was on the first floor and could not see the ocean view because of an event going on. I asked for 3rd floor but they were sold out apparently. I asked to be moved but they wouldn’t move me. I had spiders in the bathtub, no toilet seat, no shower curtain, housekeeper came to clean but still was not happy with the situation. Manager is nice but the rooms downstairs on the first floor is NOT it. Not for the money we paid. Was not happy at all.

Not fit for American citizens . CDC , OSHA need to shut them down, Shame on VA Beach for letting this happen. I believe own by non American citizens. COT Beds, filthy room, filthy tub, Rust, Mold, Spiders, furniture dirty, appliances broken. No one towels no wash clothes.

Arrived and the manager had already given pur reservation to someone else. The lady at the front desk had to call the manager, then the person they gave our reservation to in order to close out their reservation. 1 ice machine on the second floor, was out of order. Toilet was like a rocking chair. Trash still on the balcony along with a random bed pillow. However, the front desk worker was a pleasure to talk to. Just a reminder, it's not their fault the owners fail to put money towards the property and just pocket the profit.

Over all my stay there was great, though, when I was doing my reservation it was a bit expesive from other hotel and thought it was because it was a pet friendly hotel and didn't mind paying but upon check in had to pay over $110 extra for my pet, the other issue I had with the hotel was, Wi-Fi was not working at all and it didn't for the 3 days I was in, hotel owners need to be more agile in fixing this issue since now a days we work remotely and need Wi-Fi at all times without using our hotpots from our cellphones and be burnable to hackings.

Have insets , had dirty , and in this day the attendent say me don’t have internet . I did reservation with Expedia , the rooms is different than pictures in Expedia . And I am waiting for my money because I had that cancel 2 days and I had paid one day and I don’t used because is very unsafe. I had a bad first time and I had very sad and frustrated .
