The hotel was clean and comfortable View of ocean was awesome shopping right across the street with plenty of restaurants to choose from I enjoyed my stay!

Overall average. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Had some issues with bathroom.

The room was horrible when you first walk in you notice the paint peeling off the ceiling there are spider webs in all corners of the room and they have roaches the tv didn’t work Jas to call someone then I had to use 2 remotes the sink was backed up and the bathtub felt like it would cave in at any minute I would never stay here ever booked for 2 nights after the first night I checked out and found another hotel and they still charged my card for 2 nights and now I have to dispute the charge. DO NOT STAY HERE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY

They are very friendly an helpfully an don't discriminate against dogs . Which is amazing!

It had great beach access but the inside of the room was a different story. The refrigerator had mold in it due to be unplugged. The bed was hard as concrete. Room 115 is what room i was in. They never cleaned room after the 1st night nor did they put any towels or wash cloths for bathroom. Never found ice machine and they said they didnt have the free bicycles. Like i said the beach access was nice. Was it 1500 dollar nice 🤔 no it wasn't

The rooms weren't what I expected. They gave me a room where there was a noise from the air conditioner or the refrigerator, I don't know, but it kept me awake all night. The bed was terrible. The toilet clogged. I didn't like it. I'll return to Virginia Beach, but not to this hotel.

Needs to improve the cleanliness

I have stayed at every hotel on the oceanfront in VA beach. This one is my new favorite. It is frills, no pretense but better than the hilton. they have 3 elevators and only a couple floors, unlike most the high rise hotels around here you don't have to wait 10 minutes for every trip to your room. The front desk staff was really good and everybody was very chill despite it being max capacity music festival at VA beach. This room was 1/2 the price of the Sheraton or the Marriot or the hilton and I 100 percent preferred it to all of them.
