Found dead roaches on the floor, dirty carpet, clogged tub

The staff is good. Facilities maintenance should go room by room fixing the obvious. Cleaning service should vacuum the carpets & sweep the balcony. Please fix the pool outdoor shower.

The people at the front desk were very friendly but the hotel wasn’t really clean. We came with more than one vehicle but we only got one parking pass per room. For over $400 we should’ve had more. Instead my son had to pay $100 for parking. The beds were not clean, the hallway rugs were dirty, there was mold on the shower curtain and curtains in the room, the plugs didn’t work properly and the tub was dirty and dripped constantly.

Our stay was very disappointing. My husband was bitten by bed bugs, and there was visible mold above the air vents, in the shower, and even on the shower curtains. The sink was falling apart as well. For $180 a night, we expected much better conditions. It’s frustrating to see that the owner isn’t investing in necessary upgrades and seems more focused on profit than on providing a safe, clean environment for guests.

You get what you pay for. Unfortunately I got a room where the shower curtains was stained terribly. It was so discolored at the bottom of the curtain I had to shower with the curtain open. The bed sheets were dirty. The vents where the air blows were filthy as if they have never wiped them before. I never received cleaning services for my room. Please bring your own cleaning supplies as I normally do when staying at any hotel because clearly from this stay, cleaning is not their priority. Just pay the extra $200-$300 to stay elsewhere. I’ve learned my lesson. Never ever again.

Found a bed bug in the room
