Cottonwood Inn and Conference Center

I'm in the Sioux City area 1-2 times/year and the Cottonwood is my go-to place to stay. Rooms are always very nice, friendly staff, and great breakfast options are included. Won't find a nicer stay at this price point.

Convenient,fairly priced

Clean room with a comfortable bed and wonderful pillows. Great hours for breakfast, but staff did not check/refill things. One staff person came in and looked at the coffee level, but did not start a new pot nor check the food level (lack of biscuits) and gravy that looked like it had been sitting for hours. We were not impressed, but luckily there were make your own waffles.

It is an older property BUT dont let that fool you! It was affordable, quiet, ac worked well, breakfast was good & staff were very attentive. I grew up in SC & come back often. This place is great lil spot for singles or families!

Easy to find and get to.

Pet friendly and budget friendly. Clean rooms. Pleasant staff. Easy access to the interstate without highway noise. As noted by others, there was the sound of people from the room above. All said, the venue suited us perfectly for a 1-night stay as were passing through on our way West.

Great staff and a great place to stay

This was a horrible experience I made my reservation after I searched the area I wanted my reservation made it made the reservation in a whole different town and I called y’all. You tried to call the motel. They said the woman was very rude and said no exception on canceling even though I had just five minutes ago made the reservation. Your people said the woman was very rude to them and would not allow them to talk to a supervisor or a manager I can’t wait to give this place a review. I don’t think they’re gonna like it too much. I’m not sure that I’m going to be very comfortable using your services again thank you.

1-night stay was an excellent value; clean room; easy access to I-70

Staff was welcoming and pleasant, quick check-in and help when needed. Property was fine, just older.
