Cottonwood Inn and Conference Center

Summary: check-in was courteous and seamless. All exits were key-card secured. Parking was plentiful and lighted satisfactorily. Room was a bit cramped, and a longer stay than overnight would have gotten annoying as far as managing luggage and other bags. Sink area has very limited footprint. Shower spray head could not be adjusted beyond one setting. Toilet was very low to the floor. Breakfast was very basic. Dried cereal was available, along with prepackaged muffins. Hot food was tasty but limited to Belgian waffle maker, biscuits and sausage gravy. No eggs of any sort. We had to find someone to replenish coffee in Bunn brewer. They had nice porcelain mugs for coffee, and they were offered for sale @ $4.95, which was very reasonable (we did not buy however). But with a Bunn there’s little excuse to not have a pot already on the top warmer while another pot is brewing.

Hospitality was great. The receptionists were very friendly.

Smell

Easy in, easy out.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very kind. There was a hot breakfast with real plates and utensils. The building was smaller and a bit dated but it was a nice stay.

It was very nice. Close to where we needed to be. Beds were comfortable and hot showers.

Room was good, bed a little hard. It was clean and everything worked well.

Great place to stay. At breakfast the plates and cups were real china along with the silverware being real and not disposable! The floors in the rooms were a luxury plank vinyl- not carpeted. Lobby was not big but very nice, nice furniture, had a computer for guest use and a popcorn machine!
