My reason for giving property condition gets a four because of our shower in room 112. The pressure was very weak with now way to make it better. If I could give customer service six stars, I would. The front desk was amazing.

TV didn’t work very well. Breakfast ran out of food both mornings. Room temperature was very warm, even without running the heater. Water temp also had a tendency to run hot.

The room was very unsafe. The door was broken and didn't lock. I tried to cancel but was charged through expedia. I have video proof of the unsafe room. I didn't stay. I want a refund.

Nice hardwood flooring in room. Crisp bedding and soft towels. Decent breakfast offerings. We had a room on the main floor. Could hear a lot of noice from room above us because of the flooring. Second level should be carpeting for quietness.

Beds were uncomfortable lady at the front desk was ok not rude but not a people person

Great stay. A little noisier than I hoped

Decent stay, great for the price and location of where I was visiting. It's not a luxury stay but knowing that it overalls is fine. Would like to see the breakfast bar up to where it needs to be. I would say that is my biggest complaint, not everything they could have available was not available. But overall a good stay. Especially given the price of the hotel.

It was easy booking the room. It was clean and convenient.
