"Disappointing Service/room"

The front desk attendant kept trying to tell me that I booked the wrong type of room. He complained that I booked through Hotels.com. The owner had to step in to complete the transaction. When I c got into the room, the room was not as clean as it should have been. There were crumbs/dirt on the edge of the box spring. The bathtub/shower was not clean by the drain.

"Nasty room"

First off the hotel cancel my booking then it was nasty and smelled whats makes it even terrible i didint my rewards i want my rewards because i didnt cancel they did

"Get What You Pay For"

Room smelled like it had water damage and you could visibly see the damage on walls... if COVID-19 was a hotel it would look similar to this one... NOT TO BE MISUNDERSTOOD NO ACTUAL CORONAVIRUS WAS PASSED FROM THIS VISIT.

The water never got super hot, the clerk was nice and helpful, the room was a little outdated, looked like the tub could use some cleaning. But other than that, it was nice!

"Maryville, IL "

Rooms could be cleaned a bit more. Room was spacious. Nothing spectacular. But, for the price, I will not complain. It was just an overnighter to see him since he's working in the road 2 hours from home. It's definitely home to the Phillips 66 refinery out of state employees. Washer costs 1.50 for 30 mins. and dryer 1.00 for 60 min. Love the area. All kinds of restaurants to choose from.
