The rooms are extremely comfortable , clean and refreshed

The breakfast food tasted funny and was mostly inedible. You walk outside to enter your room. The hallway is extremely slippery in the winter with snow and ice

The room was clean and comfortable.

The parking lot and hallways reeked of reefer. It even wafted into the lobby. I guess that's the way it is now but I don't have to like it. If the hotel has a no smoking policy it should be enforced. Door Dash takeout food garbage was piled up outside of several rooms. The corridors are outside and it snowed and the tile flooring leading from the lobby to the rooms was all wet and very slippery.

bathroom was clean which was good.

-My bed came with a duvet that was not changed. when I had asked for a change of bedding they genuinely did not have another duvet available and i had to sleep with the dirty one -During breakfast I noticed one of three of the syrup bottles was watered down and I was grossed out upon trying it. it was watery and barely sweet…

Extremely noisy, they put us next to rooms that had parties in the room walk way and car park till after 3am Couldn't sleep, didn't feel safe and the hotel didn't do anything to stop it. The bath didn't have a stoper so could only shower and tv didn't work

I had to stay on my return and I wish they had given me that room from the start. Its was perfect
