Stuff was super friendly and they treated my family and my kids very well

The location. It was very loud outside during the night and couldn't sleep too due to the disruption.

This was a great hotel for the price point. My room was very clean and had everything that I needed. The front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. The hotel was only a 5 minute drive from my daughter's dorm at Syracuse University, which was perfect for me!

The open breezeways were a surprise, but I may not have done enough research. Regardless, they did not impact my stay, expect that it was cold when I left my room!

Facilities were clean and as expected
