I was charged a total of three times for my stay from Monday, June 15 through Tuesday, June 16. This is incorrect, in reality, I stayed only one full night plus a few hours on Monday morning.
My actual stay:
* Monday, June 15 (early morning): Check-in at 2:11 AM, check-out at 8:15 AM
* Monday, June 15 (evening) to Tuesday, June 16: Check-in at 5:01 PM, check-out at 8:02 AM
Charges received:
* May 14 to May 15 - $153.74
* May 15 to May 15 - $180.92
* May 15 to May 16 - $172.14
My flight arrived in Austin around 2:00 AM on Monday, June 15. My reservation was originally made through AMEX Global Travel for June 15.
Before arrival, I called the hotel from the airport to confirm a late check-in. It appears a duplicate booking may have been created at that time. Upon arrival, the front desk assured me I would not be double charged.
I checked out Monday morning around 8:00 AM due to issues with room #606 (unclean, bad smell, and a malfunctioning toilet). I informed the front desk I would return later that day.
I checked in again after 5:00 PM and was assigned room #526. Around 10:00 PM, a loud HVAC unit (approximately 70 dB) made the room uninhabitable. After showing a video to the front desk, I was moved to room #402.
I checked out on Tuesday, June 16, and stayed at a different hotel that day.
Please correct the invoices, as I have been charged three times for this stay. I contacted the front desk multiple times today and received three invoices from no-reply@hilton.com, but I have not been able to reach anyone directly at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Arboretum.

Terrible hotel, I would never give even a single star...
Jacuzzi has no bubbles, slow water flow, useless, only good looking on the hotel photos. And the only reason I have picked up this hotel was a pool and jacuzzi!!!
I spoke to maintenance person about jacuzzi and he told me that pump is broken, but as I see other reviews it was broken for over a year!!! And management doesn't care about fixing it!
6 floor rooms are kind of on high end, but as outdated as all entire "Hilton" chain. Room 606 - To flash the toilet, you need to flash 5-6 times, terrible, they try to save the water, and they have low water setup, some flash cartridge, but it does not work. Had to spent 10 minutes trying to flash out the toilet!!! Where is the "American Standard" 1 gallon per flash??? Your economy toilet cartridge cost you 10 gallons of water in 20 small water portions flashes!!!!
Hot water, I understand I got to my room after 2AM, so I went to the shower and had to wait at least 10 minutes until some warm, and finally hot water reached my 6th floor...
Not very clean... I mean exactly what I say, I have already changed 3 rooms in 2 days, Monday and Tuesday, as each one has some kind of problem, it each of 3 rooms had some "cleaned issues as well". One shower room in 606 had some "leftovers" in it on the walls and floor...
No early check in!!!! Even that it looks like less than half occupied hotel - they don't give an early check in!
I had to pay extra night as my flight got to Austin at 1:15 AM and I got to hotel after 2:10 AM, night from Sunday to Monday, but check in time was Monday at 4PM, so I had to purchase additional "Sunday" night for 3 hours of sleep, between 3AM and 6AM... My original reservation was 3 nights done by company with over $780 for this period, but I had to get 4th night an extra on my own, no early check in even that hotel was almost empty.
Bar is a dead spot, 5-7 bottles of alcohol and nothing good about this bar. Yea... I know it is a Midwest so here are commonly no top shelf brands, but at least a simple Spiced Captain Morgan and regular Coke, or something better than a cheap Tito vodka distilled from corn, so alcohol in overall is "get a worst headache tomorrow even after one drink"... So, bar exist only to have a checkmark - we have a bar...so we are 3 start hotels compliant (realistically absolutely not).
Omelet is the only positive part here, breakfast included is not as important but complete is good, and staff in the kitchen and on front desk are very friendly.
Another night I moved to room 526 - I asked in particular for no noise room, as well as it is written on my travel profile and in Hilton profile, away from elevators or from HVAC and vending machines - so funny enough with moving one floor down o got even worst, I got a monster HVAC system right in the front of my windows, have headache, just want to survive until tomorrow and then will move to a better hotel. 70 dBA in the room of external HVAC Noice is a nightmare...
