Great lakeside view, not crowded, quiet

Pretty outdated considering its relatively new, not a lot of food options at or nearby. Didn’t have enough towels for the number of people we put on the reservation, shower supplies were empty

"Staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful"

I have attended conferences here several times in the past. the park itself is most enjoyable and the setting of the he hotel relaxing with walking areas. The difference this time was the banquet food was very good, the staff was extremely polite, helpful and ever present checking on our stay. Check-in was quick and elevators all worked quickly. The room was quiet, clean and well appointed. I have been traveling lately and this hotel still has a coffee maker in the room and a bar of soap and container of lotion at the sink, which other hotels have eliminated. Management is doing a great job training guest service.

"Nice resort in Stone Mountain Park with lake view."

The room was very big with a nice balcony on the lake. The hotel has a nice heated indoor pool and hot tub. The hotel is in the Stone Mountain Park, so great for hiking and for all the attractions around. Easy parking all around the resort.

The hotel description said 20$ for parking but in reality, this is the price to enter the park and to park in it. So even if you just want to go and take a look to the hotel before booking it you have to pay.

The bed was comfortable and I like the balcony and it's non smoking rooms smelled nice

Being pulled over and the breakfast was not the best And the jacuzzi was outside and it unfortunately was raining so I couldn't enjoy the amenities but if u have hundreds of dollars to waste then go for it
