Great location, loved hiking up Stone Mountain, and loved the beautiful view of the lake from our room.

The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom doesn't have the toiletries. The AC was so loud

Problems we had in the rooms were fixed immediately. Staff was great. Roberto front desk clerk gave great customer servcie. Supervisor was very attentive to our needs and issues that occured during our stay.

Had ask housekeeper for wash clothes several times. She didnt have any on cart. Housekeeper said she would bring some back she didnt. I had to call front desk the next morning for wash cloths.

We have been here a couple of times in the past. The problem we had was that the inside jacuzzi was not working. We talked to the front desk at least three times to let them know to fill the water and to heat up the water. Well, they finally filled the water a few more inches, but not all the way full, but when we were ready to get into jacuzzi, the water was ice cold! Also suggestions: There was no chair or small bench inside both men and women bathrooms inside the indoor jacuzzi / jacuzzi area. Also, a clock in that area would be helpful as well! There's no handle bar in the shower in the guest room, so getting out of the tub can be slippery especially for senior guests.

We stayed here for 2 nights in March of 2025 for a dance competition and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly throughout the facility. The food at the restaurants and coffee kiosk was consistently good and the room was very comfortable. The only thing missing was a microwave oven in the room, which one has come to expect in most hotels.

The location itself nice clean room, nice costumer services at front desk check-in and food was great !!! ⭐⭐⭐
